Anderson Knight undertakes consulting work on both a short-term special project basis and on an ongoing basis.
An initial ‘getting to know each other’ meeting can be arranged to discuss your communication needs and our capabilities, including:
Following this meeting a costed proposal to address your communication needs can be prepared. This proposal provides the basis for negotiating a consulting arrangement.
Implementing a communication campaign must be an ongoing two-way process. For the campaign to be timely and realistic, it is essential that the client and the consultancy keep each other fully informed of issues, activities and progress.
This is achieved by structuring the consulting arrangement around a regular fortnightly or monthly planning meeting at which work in progress, and future needs and opportunities are discussed.
Following the planning meeting, costed proposals for new project work discussed at the meeting are provided to the client for consideration and approval before the work proceeds. This enables the client to explore fresh communication opportunities and obtain optimum benefit from the communication budget.
